Order processing takes 10-15 business days, prior to shipping. Due to COVID-19, processing, staff shortages & shipping - it may take longer.

Once the product is handed over to USPS we are no longer responsible for delays that may occur.

If ordering multiple products, they may not all arrive at the same time.

Due to all products being custom-made to order, once your order has been placed, there are no cancellations and no refunds.
