If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please let me know as soon as possible. I understand that sometimes things come up, and schedules change.

This is because I reserve that time specifically for you and may not be able to fill the spot with someone else on short notice.

CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT

If you need to cancel a coaching session and request a refund, I completely understand. Sometimes things come up, and plans change. 

To cancel a session and request a refund, please let me know as soon as possible, ideally within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment. This allows me to adjust my schedule accordingly and ensure that we can find a new time that works for both of us.

Please note that in order to receive a full refund, you must cancel within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel less than 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment, I may not be able to fill the spot with someone else, and you may not be eligible for a full refund.
